Sammar brought an incredible amount of creativity and diligence by implementing critical processes. Within 2 quarters, she designed, tested, and launched our release readiness framework and customer feedback intake process. The release readiness process was an immediate success - with the first feature launch leading to a conversion of 17% of customers within 2 weeks of launch.
