No really… I’m Sammar Rajjoub Simmons.
I’ve spent my career inside high-growth, mission-driven companies — often in the messy middle where vision meets execution. I’ve worked through multi-million dollar launches, company-wide reorgs, and culture shifts that couldn’t wait for “someday.”
Over the years, I’ve led GTM and customer-facing teams responsible for $25M+ in renewals and rolled out company-wide OKRs across 400+ people. I’ve advised organizations ranging from 10-person startups to $100M+ revenue companies, and served as a fractional executive during leader transitions, product pivots, and rapid expansion.
And yet, what’s stuck with me the most isn’t the spreadsheets or decks — it’s the real stuff: how easily even the most capable teams lose momentum (and profitability) when they aren’t clear on who they’re serving or why the work matters. Because of that, I carry this lens: if you focus on customer outcomes, all the good you want will follow. I listen deeply, connect dots, ask the hard (but right) questions, and help make sense of what’s swirling beneath the surface.
Also worth knowing: I once traveled the world in 106 days with nothing but a backpack, a sense of curiosity, and a “we’ll figure it out” mindset. That spirit hasn’t left.
